Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle cleaned chicken with garlic. Melt butter in skillet, and saute chicken until golden brown on all sides. Remove. Cook onion and green pepper in remaining butter, adding more butter if necessary. Return chicken to pan, then add broth, coriander seeds, ginger and peanut. Cover and simmer until chicken begins to fall away from the bone, about 1 hour. Remove skin and bones and return chicken to gravy. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
