Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 lbs chicken

Directions:

  1. Melt butter (or margarine), honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder in a large shallow pan.
  2. Wash, dry, then skin chicken pieces.
  3. Roll chicken pieces in butter mixture to coat both sides, then arrange, meaty side up in a single layer in same pan.
  4. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly glazed.
