Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat nonstick pan or wok over high heat.
  2. Add both oils and pepper flakes.
  3. After 15 sec, add chicken and stir fry for 2 min.
  4. Add onion, peppers, and garlic, stirring until onions are translucent.
  5. Add fish sauce and stir through for 10 sec.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in basil.
