chicken and basil stir fry

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon chili oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
6 cloves minced garlic
20 leaves thai basil
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
Directions:
1. heat nonstick pan or wok over high heat.
2. add both oils and pepper flakes.
3. after 15 sec, add chicken and stir fry for 2 min.
4. add onion, peppers, and garlic, stirring until onions are translucent.
5. add fish sauce and stir through for 10 sec.
6. remove from heat and stir in basil.
