Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine the first ten ingredients and mix well, adding the cheese last.
  3. Drop in large spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet, spacing at least 1 inch apart. 9-12, depending on desired size.
  4. Bake on upper rack for 15 minutes.
  5. While biscuits are baking, melt butter in a small frying pan. Caramelize onion, adding oregano as onions become soft.
  6. Remove biscuits from oven. Gently flatten top with back of a spoon and smooth onion/butter onto tops.
  7. Place in oven 3 more minutes.
  8. Serve hot/warm.
