Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, red pepper and olives.
  3. Add dressing and toss well.
  4. Let stand for at least 20 minutes.
  5. Spoon tomato mixture evenly onto bread slices and place on baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and broil 4 from heat until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
