Directions:

  1. Mash tomatos.
  2. Sautee olive oil with spices and onions. When Onions are starting to get soft add tomatos and chicken bullion.
  3. Cook for 20 mins
  4. Blender soup.
  5. Make soup minus rice and chicken in advance, freeze
  6. Traw soup and add cooked chicken and rice to it. Heat and serve
