Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 4 medium greens chopped or leave out if you dont like them.

Directions:

  1. 1. HEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES, SPRAY COOKIE SHEET WITH COOKING SRAY, STIR IN BISQUICK,MILK AND CHEESE AND ONIONS UNTIL SOFT DOUGH FORMS.
  2. 2. DROP DOUGH BY ROUNDED TEASPOONFULS ONTO COOKIE SHEET.
  3. 3. BAKE 7 TO 9 MIN OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
  4. 4. BRUSH BUTTER OVER POPPERS WITH DONE AND SPRINKLE WITH GARLIC POWDER OR SALT
  5. SERVE WITH SALSA OR DESIRED DIP RANCH ETC
  6. MAKES 35 TO 40 BISCUIT POPPERS
