Ingredients:

  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Heat oven at 325 degrees.
  2. Butter 5 1/2 cup souffle dish or 1 1/2 qt.
  3. Casserole dish.
  4. Cook broccoli as directed on package.
  5. Drain.
  6. Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt with hand mixer until smooth.
  7. Stir in broccoli and cheese.
  8. Pour into souffle or casserole dish.
  9. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
  10. About 1 hr.
