Directions:

  1. Scoop out center of each cucumber slice with a small melon baller.
  2. In a small bowl combine cream cheese, chopped dill and black pepper.
  3. Using a small spoon or a pastry bag, fill the center of each hollowed cucumber slice. Top each with a spoonful of caviar. Garnish with dill sprigs.
