Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Pour oil into bowl - sift dry ingredient into oil until stirred in good.
  2. Add eggs, carrots, and nuts.
  3. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
