Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb carrot
  • 2 oz raisins

Directions:

  1. Grate carrots Cook raisins in orange juice to swell, then cool.
  2. Mix raisins and carrots.
  3. Add coconut and chill in nice serving bowl.
