Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb haddock fillets
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cinammon

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in micro-wave proof dish
  2. Combine ingredients except haddock in bowl
  3. Coat fillets in the mixture, place in dish with butter
  4. Cover in plastic, turning back one corner
  5. Microwave on high 4-6 minutes till flish flakes with fork
  6. Let stand 1-2 minutes
