Canadian Firefighter's Meatloaf

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease a 9 loaf pan.
  3. In a small bowl, soak bread in warm water.
  4. Place beef in large bowl; drain bread and add to beef.
  5. Add both onions, salsa, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
  6. Mix by hand until well blended.
  7. Form into a loaf and place in prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake 1 hour.
  9. Drain off excess fat and top with barbeque sauce.
  10. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
