Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix up the bread dough portion (flour, water, oats, yeast & salt).
  2. Allow to rise 1 hour.
  3. In the meantime:
  4. Saute', in the olive oil, onions, garlic, mushrooms, red pepper.
  5. Add cabbage at the end for just a few minutes of saute'.
  6. Mix together cottage (or ricotta) cheese with the shredded Mozarella mix, and Parmesan.
  7. Thaw and squeeze extra liquid from spinach and add to cheese mix.
  8. Add vegetable saute to the cheese & spinach mix.
  9. Punch down bread dough.
  10. Separate into 14 pieces.
  11. Roll each piece into a 6 round.
  12. Place 1/2 cup of stuffing mixture into center of dough round, fold the round in half, sealing the edges with a bit of water, and crimping with a fork.
  13. Pierce the top of the 'pocket' several times.
  14. Bake 450*F for 15 minutes.
