Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use salt and cayenne to coat chops.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  3. Add chops and brown slowly.
  4. Add wine, bell pepper,onion and garlic.
  5. Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove pork chops (keep them warm).
  7. Add soy sauce and reserved pineapple juice.
  8. Stir and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Add pineapple chunks and pork chops.
  10. Bring to a boil, turn off heat.
  11. Serve over rice.
