Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef , 85% lean
  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 egg , large

Directions:

  1. Boil cabbage head and cut off leaves.
  2. Mix beef and other ingredients.
  3. Place beef in cabbage leaf and roll.
  4. Simmer for 4 or 5 hours
