  2. Mix all ingredients (except beef broth together)
  3. Put in 9x13 casserole dish
  4. Pour beef broth over mixuture
  5. Cover with foil
  6. Bake 350 for 1 hour
  7. Stir casserole, cover
  8. Cook 30 minute
