Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cucumbers and onion slices in a bowl and sprinkle liberally with salt. Let stand for 1 hour. Drain and rinse. Lay on paper towels for a few minutes to dry. Separate onion slices into rings and add to large bowl with cucumbers.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and beat with whisk until well mixed.
  3. Pour over cucumbers and onions and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
