Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine garlic, vinegar, salt, dill,and yoghurt and mix well.
  2. Blend cucumbers with yoghurt mixture and refrigerate for an hour or so.
  3. Serve sprinkled with olive oil and mint.
