Butter Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475.
  2. Melt butter in small pan.
  3. Halve potatoes lengthwise then slice crosswise into thick slices.
  4. Do not put potatoes in water after slicing.
  5. Immediately line up in buttered rectangular baking pan with slices overlapping.
  6. Pour melted butter over potatoes then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake 20 minutes then from remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake an additional 7 minutes.
