Baked Sweet Potato With Cinnamon-chile Butter

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using an electric mixer beat first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until fluffy.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F.
  3. Line large baking sheet with foil.
  4. Place sweet potatoes on sheet;
  5. Bake until tender about 1 hour or until done.
  6. Cut each sweet potato lengthwise and spoon 1 table spoon butter into each potato.
  7. Serve.
