Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly fry chili and garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  2. Drain off as much as you can. mash potatoes
  3. Add fried chili -garlic,salt and parsley and mix well
  4. In heavy skillet pour about 1/2'' non saturated veg oil and
  5. Heat to about 350 degrees. scoop a heaping tablespoon
  6. Of patato mix on egg wrapper fold in triangles and eep fry
  7. On both sides till golden brown
  8. Place the fried turnover on a paper towel to rid off frying oil
  9. Squirt few drops of lemon juice and enjoy
