Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mince potatoes, onion and garlic with meat grinder (you heard me right !)Mix in eggs, flour salt and pepper and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  3. Fry pancakes till golden brown on both sides (make them any size you like).
  4. Remove from frying pan onto paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  5. Serve hot with sourcream and /or applesauce.
  6. Also great with only salt and freshly grinded black pepper.
