Buffalo Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  • 20 shrimp (medium)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, add hot sauce and curry powder, stir. Keep on low heat. Boil shrimp, add to pan with buffalo sauce.
  2. Heat through.
  3. Add to plate with lettuce. Serve.
