Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar untill smooth
  2. Add mashed bananas and beat till smooth
  3. Add eggs coconut milk 1 cup of buttermilk vanilla shredded coconut and coconut flavoring, mix
  4. Place dry ingredients in a large ixing bowl and whisk together until mixed
  5. Stir in liquid and mix thuroughly if the batter is too stiff add the remaining half cup of buttermilk
  6. Spray or butter your bundt or cake pan and line with sliced banans
  7. Generously sprinkle the sliced bananas with brown sugar
  8. Pour batter gently over the sliced bananas and brown sugar
  9. Bake at 250 for an hour
