Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar and vanilla, mixing until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the apples, and nuts.
  6. Grease a 9x9 baking dish.
  7. Pour into dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
