Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 (12 oz) can beef consomme soup
  • 1 (12 oz) can french onion soup

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in microwavable casserole dish.
  2. Add rice, consomme' beef, and french onion soups.
  3. Cook in microwave for 8 minutes.
  4. Stir and cook for another 8 minutes or until tender.
