Broiled Squash With Yogurt

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel the squash and cube them, and boil them until tender.
  2. Drain. When cool mash with a fork and mix with yogurt.
  3. Mince the garlic as small as possible, and mix in with the squash and yogurt.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with olive oil and parsley. Enjoy!
