Broiled Squash With Yogurt

This is a great side dish that goes easily with a lot of things, and is normally eaten with pita!
Ingredients:
4 small squash
1 garlic clove
1 cup yogurt
salt and pepper
olive oil, for garnish
parsley, for garnish
Directions:
1. Peel the squash and cube them, and boil them until tender.
2. Drain. When cool mash with a fork and mix with yogurt.
3. Mince the garlic as small as possible, and mix in with the squash and yogurt.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with olive oil and parsley. Enjoy!
