Directions:

  1. Slice each tomato into 4 thick slices.
  2. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish.
  3. Thinly slice goat cheese.
  4. Arrange over tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with pepper to taste then basil.
  6. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or microwave at high for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
