Broiled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin , cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place tenderloin slices on rack in broiler pan . Broil 3 to 4 inches from heating element 2 minutes on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Brush with butter, and sprinkle with salt. Serve hot.
