Broiled asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler. On a baking sheet coat each piece of asparagus in olive oil. Evenly sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Arrange asparagus in a single layer and broil for 6 to 8 minutes- shaking the baking dish occasionally-until asparagus is tender and slightly charred. Transfer to a platter and voila! May want to use seasoned salt instead of salt for a little more sptce.
