Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice potato into chunks or slices.
  2. Place potato in crockpot, and arrange trimmed pork chops on top.
  3. In a seperate bowl mix milk, soup, and garlic until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour over pork chops.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours.
