Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make cheese sauce: heat milk,flour butter,salt and pepper in 2 qt saucepan,stirring constantly. Boil and stir1 min. Stir in shredded cheese until melted;stir in sour cream. In 3 qt saucepan,heat water to boiling. add broccoli;cook about 5 mins or till crisp tender. Remove with slotted spoon and drain well.
  2. In same saucepanwith boiling water,ccook onions about 2 mins;drain and peel. Spoon broccoli and onions into a shallow 2qt baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over vegetables .
  3. In medium bowl,mix melted butter and bread crumbs;spoon over broccoli mixture.
  4. Bake ,uncovered,15 to 20 mins or till hot and bubbly. Sprinkle bread crumbs with parsley;serve hot!
