Broccoli and Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook brocolli according to package directions and drain well.
  3. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  4. Mix together brocolli, garlic, onion, soup, mushrooms, and one cup of cheese.
  5. Place brocolli mixture into sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with prepared stuffing.
  7. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top of stuffing.
  8. Bake covered for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
