Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine brisket, 1/2 of cheese and chillies
  2. Roll mixture into tortillas
  3. Pour 1/2 of enchilada sauce into large baking dish
  4. Place rolls evenly in pan
  5. Cover with remainder of sauce and cheese
  6. Cook at 375 until hot and melty (about 15-20 min)
