Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix together the first seven ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cover and chill overnight.
  3. Form into patties and fry slowly in the oil until brown on each side.
