Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add EVOO. Add the onion, 1/2 the garlic, and carrots.
  2. This will be seasoned with cumin and the salt.
  3. Cook this until the carrots are tender.
  4. Add the remaining garlic(add red pepper.)
  5. To the pan add the beans, water, and the juice.
  6. Season this with cayenne pepper.
  7. Add half the mixture to a food processor, and puree.
  8. Add this back to pot and stir.
  9. Simmer for at least 10 minutes! Enjoy!
