Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease 13 x 9 pan.
  2. Alternately layer potatoes, peppers, onions and cheeses.
  3. Salt and pepper each layer until all ingredients are used.
  4. Mix soup and milk; pour over top.
  5. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then uncover and bake until done.
