Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Serve hot, as a side dish, or serve cool for dessert topped with whipped cream.
