Ingredients:

  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup unsifted flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Place fruit in ungreased 8 x 8 baking pan*.
  2. Stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon; blend in mayonnaise until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Sprinkle/spread over fruit.
  4. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350° or until browned-if using a glass-baking pan, reduce oven temperature to 325°.
