Directions:

  1. Place garlic on a piece of aluminum foil; drizzle with olive oil. Fold foil to seal.
  2. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes; cool and mash garlic.
  3. Bake bread on a baking sheet at 400° for 5 minutes. Sprinkle warm bread with salt and pepper. Spread with garlic, and brush with black truffle olive oil.
