Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon to your preferred doneness , drain on paper towels and let cool, then chop up into little pieces.
  2. Drain chiles.
  3. Put ground buffalo, chiles, and bacon in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix together.
  4. Form meat mixture into patties.
  5. Cook burgers using whatever burger-cooking method you like, but remember that buffalo meat cooks up faster than beef.
  6. Top with your favorite burger toppings and serve!
