Black Bean Dip In Layers

  1. Mix beans, olives, chopped onion, garlic, oil, lime juice, salt, crushed red pepper, cumin and pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
  3. Spread cream cheese on serving plate.
  4. Spoon bean mixture evenly over cream cheese
  5. Arrange eggs on bean mixture in ring around edge of plate.
  6. Sprinkle bell pepper and green onion over bean mixture.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
