Directions:

  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Spread cream cheese on serving plate.
  4. Spoon bean mixture evenly over cream cheese.
  5. Arrange eggs on bean mixture in ring around the edge of the plate; sprinkle with green onion.
