Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pie crust in dish, pricking bottom and sides. Bake 5 min then cool.
  2. Sprinkle cheese in pie crust.
  3. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp basil. Top with tomato slices.
  4. Brush tomatoes with oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  5. Bake 35 min then sprinkle 1 Tbsp basil and bake 5 min.
