Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps.
  2. Pour mixture into 2 graham cracker crusts (or 12 mini crusts).
  3. Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes on lowest rack.
  4. The cakes will firms up as they cool.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. You can pour Cherry pie-filling/topping on top of the cakes to serve.
