Ingredients:

  • 6- large tomatoes
  • 6-10 jalapenos
  • 1- bunch of cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic (jar) i cant measure fresh. i'll mess it up. haha

Directions:

  1. Wash all veggies
  2. Peel tomatoes
  3. Devein and deseed Jalopenos (unless u can stand the heat)
  4. Chop all by hand or use the vidalia onion chopper from Wal-Mart/Wal-Greens also (awesome is all i can say) all my friends now own one of these. it works perfect on the small chopping even TOMATOES....
  5. Pour all into large bowl (tomatoes,onions,cilantro,jalopenos)
  6. Add garlic
  7. Add salt & pepper
  8. Stir and taste
  9. Season as needed on salt or garlic.
  10. Love, love, love
  11. Serve with Tostado round chips
