Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 11x7 baking dish, combine bread cubes and cheese.
  2. In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, & seasonings.
  3. Pour over bread and cheese. Top w/ bacon or ham. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until golden browned and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
